When we got home, Melissa discovered that Dave had cleverly left all his remote control helicopters on Apsaras. So of course, he needed a new one.
A fancy quad copter they are called. This one has the capability to shoot video. The video feed is over a WiFi connection, but it uses an older WiFi standard that not all devices support. So he bought a cheap android tablet from Amazon because Amazon said it was compatible. Alas that turned out not to be true. So instead Dave went down to Verizon and bought himself a new Android phone that can capture the video images. The first video gives a pretty good view of the apartment, along with a "selfie" taken in the mirror. The second one shows Dave's airplane getting ready to be worked on.
