How much food will fit aboard?

We have been prepping food for days now.  Melissa has made homemade roasted pecans in two flavors – rosemary sea salt and cinnamon maple.

Then of course there needed to be gluten free hamburger buns for Jim’s famous burgers which he is also prepping.

  

Then there needed to be stock – because a chef should always have homemade stock on hand!  Melissa made this beef stock from the rib attached to the giant tomahawk steak we will serve later in the week.

Today Jim and Melissa met at Whole Foods to stock up on the remainder of supplies.  Dave just rolls his eyes.  How much food do you have aboard?  He just doesn’t understand that the creative juices are all about having choices – everything possible!
