Melissa & Dave - Adventures at Sea

Ostrich bay

The sun is shining again today.  We decide to head out of the Bremerton Marina for Ostrich bay.  Melissa asks why it is called Ostrich Bay.  Dave replies, because that is where all the wild Ostrich live.  Uh huh.

Ostrich Bay turns out to be a wonderful little bay filled with summer cabins, water ski boats, and kids everywhere.  Kids are out skiing all day long, despite the jellyfish bloom.  Thousands upon thousands of small white jellyfish floating by.  Yikes!

Melissa spends the day on a jigsaw puzzle.  Dave kiddingly asks, “you planning to stay in your PJs all day?  Oh wait, that’s a normal day.”  Ha ha.  Welcome to working from home in the days of COVID!
